How it’s worked out
Per Israel’s Hours of Work and Rest Law: the first two overtime hours in a day pay at least 125%, each hour after that at least 150% (section 16). Work on the weekly rest day pays at least 150% (section 17). The law’s work day is up to 8 hours, 7 at night and before the rest day (section 2), but an agreement or extension order can set otherwise: enter your regular hours. Worked out per day, without weekly overtime, and overtime on the rest day may pay more.
