Jet lag calculator

Days to adjust after a flight.

How it’s worked out

Per the CDC (Yellow Book 2026): jet lag follows a crossing of at least two time zones, and the body adjusts on average 1 hour a day after flying east and 1.5 hours a day after flying west. A gap over 12 hours is counted the short way round. Everyone adjusts at a slightly different pace.
