Remove nikud and cantillation
Text without vowels or cantillation, plus a vowel chart.
How it’s worked out
Removes the Unicode Hebrew vowel and cantillation marks (U+0591–U+05C7). Maqaf, paseq and sof pasuq stay. Reliable automatic vowelling needs a large dictionary, so this doesn’t add nikud.
