How it’s worked out
Enter the rate per m² from your bill: it depends on the municipality, zone, building type and use. Senior discount under the Senior Citizens Law: 30% on 100 m² if total income is at most the average wage (150% when several seniors live there), and 100% for income-support recipients. Municipalities give other discounts on request. Rishon LeZion and Be’er Sheva are not listed: their sites blocked downloading the 2026 order, so we could not check it.
